I once traveled out of this station as a child with my grandmother to her home in Illinois - my first real train trip. On the snack care is where I learned that V-8 and M&M's don't mix. You remember those lessons
Rene, What a wonderful capture. My wife hates train and bus stations and describes them as "The Devils waiting room". In this shot, for me, you have captured a young woman who appears relaxed in her wait for the train, in fact, I'm intrigued and wondering where she may be going and for what reason? The fact it is in black and white really "sends the message home". Lovely composition, initially my focus was on the young woman, then that she was alone, then that lovely gleam of the polished tiles to my final appreciation of the building. The lights to the left leading you beautifully into the shot, and the final realisation she actually was not totally alone. Thank you so much for sharing another inspirational, educational and motivational shot. Simon
