Mexican Titmouse Immature

I have spent days waiting for the fleeting moment to focus on our young friend here. The light was just good enough to pronounce the brown feathers above his beak, which holds breakfast. Any more light, and the contrast would have obscured the black feathers of his crest. The pink and orange wild flowers in the background are my gift from God, who blesses me with such constant joy. On this, both man and bird are well agreed.
