Description

We are all having fun photographing windmills these days, so I am showing you my favorite file. I love to watch the giant propellers turning slowly, but don't much like to have the empty spaces filled up, nor the fact that I have heard reports that hawks and eagles have a dangerous time with them. The birds are bound to lose that fight, unless Greenpeace gets involved.

Great shot!  I hope they are not the future though, not entirely reliable.  They kill approx.
5-8 birds/turbine annually between US and Canada that's about 300k birds.  Communication towers however kill over 100 birds/tower annually.
